Christian Jakob is an editor at the Berlin based daily newspaper TAZ and specializes in migration issues. In 2022 and 2019, he co-edited the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung's Atlas of Migration. Christian has been the author of the Civil Society Atlas for Brot für die Welt (Bread for the World) since 2018. Furthermore, he was a fellow at the Max Planck Institute for International Law in Heidelberg in 2020/2021.
Previous works of his also include, “Die Bleibenden” ("The Ones Who Stay"), a history of the refugee movement, “Diktatoren als Türsteher” ("Dictators as Europe's Doorkeepers" with Simone Schlindwein) and “Angriff auf Europa” ("Attack on Europe" with M.
