Eden Alemayehu is a programme specialist on labour mobility at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) within the Migration Partnership Facility (MPF). She leads technical assistance initiatives that support the design and implementation of labour mobility schemes between EU member states and Talent Partnership countries. Since joining ICMPD in 2018, she has worked across diverse thematic areas and geographical contexts, specialising in workforce mobility solutions for the past five years. Eden began her international career at the Council of Europe, contributing to initiatives that advanced human rights, the rule of law, and democracy in the Southern and Eastern neighbourhoods.
