Paula Torracca | Marketing Coord.
Paula Torracca is a Master of Public Policy student at the Hertie School with a keen interest in advancing social impact through public policy and communications. She has a background in International Relations (PUC-Rio) and experience across research, policy analysis, and strategic communications. As the founder of Global Health Collaborators (GHC) and a Co-Director for Ibero-America at Politics4Her, she has been actively involved in initiatives focused on equity, social justice, and advocacy.
Currently, she is part of the Marketing and Communications team for EPPC 2025, where she contributes her skills in outreach and engagement to support the conference’s mission of fostering impactful policy discussions. Paula is passionate about creating positive change and working on solutions that promote access and opportunity for underrepresented communities across diverse policy areas.
